"Duo son Bois" - Sunday Matinee

On Sunday, 8 May 2022, a musical matinee will take place at 11:00 am.

The cello-marimba duo captivates the audience with tingling rhythms, magical sounds and unusual timbres. Rich in variation, Karsten Nagel (vc) and Hermann Helming (m) alternate the atmosphere between earthy conciseness, meditative calm and vital friction. The repertoire includes baroque/classical works, contemporary compositions and folk-inspired music.

The artists will introduce and explain the works performed.

The Circle of Friends will offer light refreshments.
