They are evergreen or deciduous and impress with their colourful and numerous flowers: Come to the Botanic Garden when the rhododendrons are in bloom!
Learn more about site requirements, soil preparation, planting and care of rhododendrons as well as alternative, peat-free substrates to protect the bogs.
Willy Feldkötter, master gardener for the outdoor area of the Botanic Garden, will inform you.
