Jazz concert in the Botanical Garden

"Tiistai - Finnish for Tuesday - is a newly formed jazz trio of three Osnabrück students Nina Wiatr (vibraphone), Lea Grether (trombone) and Hannah Marx (drums). This unusual line-up combines spherical vibraphone harmonies and warm trombone sounds with expressive rhythms. The repertoire, which consists exclusively of original compositions, is reminiscent of poetic Nordic jazz and minimal music, but also has avant-garde traits. They are supported and encouraged by jazz pianist and composer Joachim Raffel. Tiistai stands for empowerment, for the joy of music and the courage to find your own way."
The concert will take place on the platform by the large pond. The circle of friends offers drinks. In case of bad weather, the concert will take place in the Helikoniensaal.
