Location: Botanical Garden, Green School
Plants or parts of plants are used in cuisines around the world. Every culture has its own ways of preparing ingredients that are often the same. In an intercultural exchange, food plants from around the world are displayed in the botanical garden. You will learn interesting facts about botany, cultivation and use, and there will be samples to try.
